We want someone who can come in and really hit the ground running, taking full responsibility for the Stock & Admin department and ensure it is functioning efficiently and effectively to the requirements of the business.

You’ll join us on a full-time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday - a bonus in logistics - however, we do ask for you to have a flexible approach.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Day-to-day management of the inventory and administration function, taking responsibility for all aspects of staff performance, including accuracy and process compliance, accurately writing and maintaining a wide range of differing SOPs for all main inventory control processes and functions
  • Demonstrate an ability to manage across customer WMS and operating systems to include but not limited to Manhattan
  • Be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy and integrity in line with contractual requirements, minimising stock loss through
  • Producing accurate reports for senior management and customer on a daily, weekly, and periodical basis

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Previous inventory and management experience preferably from a logistical background
  • Experience using warehouse management system in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent PC Skills including Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent employee engagement skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers
