HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you are the first point of contact for our employees.  Like no other, you know how to solve HR issues and give advice where necessary. You will work closely with operations to implement and shape the personnel policy. You will be part of the HR Team Belgium and you can participate in various improvement projects within HR. You will report to our HR Manager

What does your day look like as an HR Business Partner?

• Follow-up and monitoring of HR projects
• Advising, coaching and supporting the management team regarding personnel changes, trade unions, training, absenteeism, recruitment, onboarding, improvement processes, legal analyses
• Supporting performance interviews, assessments, absenteeism interviews
• Answering questions and implementing HRM policy, laws and regulations
• Be part of the management team

What do you need to be successful

• Master's degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent through experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, within logistics environment (e.g Production, Waste, Distribution, Warehouse, Manufacturing etc..)
• Knowledge/participation with local social bodies is a must
• Strong communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work in a high volume and dynamic organisation were a 'change mindset' and resilience is part of your daily work
• Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch, Elementary in French
