HR Administrative

To strengthen our HR HQ team, we are looking for an Administrative HR Assistant (0.8/1.0 FTE). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all head office employees for all their questions regarding a variety of topics.

 

Besides the HR HQ team you will work closely together with HR colleagues from the 4 sites in Eindhoven, the HR Support Teams and your HR colleagues from the BeNe region (Belgium-Netherlands). In this position you report directly to the HR Manager, Desiree.

 

Your desk will be at our office in Eindhoven, however, there is the possibility to work partly from home when desired. (60%/40%).

 

What will you be working on as an Administrative HR Assistant:

  • The preparation of mutations.
  • You are the central point of contact for head office employees regarding a wide variety of questions. You can think of questions asked on the first working day, about lease cars, our HR systems Protime, SDWorx and Visma, expense claims, pension and pro-formas. We are therefore looking for a colleague with a service-oriented attitude who gets energy from being in contact with people and helping them where necessary.
  • Not all questions can be answered immediately, a good follow-up of questions / cases is therefore important, this is what you will be responsible for in this role.
  • Taking care of the administrative support of the HR department, so they can do their work properly and everything runs smoothly;
  • Managing the HR Headoffice mailbox and dealing with incoming emails where possible.
  • Preparing various reports when required from the personnel information system (Visma).

What you need to succeed at GXO

  • Completed MBO/HBO education in the field of Administration, HR/Personeelszaken or similar
  • Preferably you have experience in a similar role (this can also be gained during an internship)
  • Good command of the English language both verbally and in writing. Preferably you speak Dutch at least A2/B1 level and are willing to develop this through training. Of course we can provide this.
  • Accurate, taking initiative, discrete, service-oriented and stress-resistant
