Graduate Programmes

Supply Chain Operations, HR, Finance  & Digital & Technology

Our 2–3 year graduate schemes combine hands-on experience, rotational placements, and industry-leading training across four business areas. You'll explore multiple parts of the business, take on real responsibility from day one, and build a strong, well-rounded foundation for your career.

1 Year Placement Programme

Designed for undergraduates, our established Industrial Placement Programme gives you real industry experience for a full year. From day one, you'll take on meaningful responsibilities in genuine roles, backed by job-specific training. With guidance from an experienced manager, you'll learn how our operations run, contribute to key projects, and gain hands-on exposure to the world of logistics.

Degree Apprenticeship

Prefer to earn while you learn? Our Degree Apprenticeship gives you a salary from day one while you study for a fully funded BA (Hons) in Professional Practice in Supply Chain Leadership, delivered with Sheffield Hallam University. You'll rotate around different site functions, building real operational experience as you work towards becoming a future site leader — all without the student debt.
