Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity within Finance? GXO is looking for a proactive and experienced Site Controller to join our team in Zellik. In this role, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and Site Manager to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

How you’ll make an impact
- Advising site leadership and site manager on financial and controlling matters
- Leading month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Managing full P&L
- Developing and maintaining robust internal control systems
- Leading the budgeting and weekly and monthly forecasting process, taking corrective actions when needed
- Checking revenue v’s contract, collaborating findings with the site manager and the customer
- As a Site Controller, you are collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify cost drivers and improve financial outcomes
- Active role in development of the site in accordance with site leadership in alignment with the company’s strategic direction.
- Assist or manage various ad hoc finance requests.
What you’ll bring to GXO
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Economics, or similar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or controlling
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems and intermediate/advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in English, with Dutch or French nice to have
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in a 3PL or multiuser environment is advantageous
