Inventory Administrator

Here at GXO Logistics, we are currently looking for an Inventory Administrators to join our team in Banbury for our customer, The Entertainer.
You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on an ’any 5 days form 7’ pattern, covering either AM shifts (07:00–15:30) or PM shifts (15:30–00:00). Choose what suits you best!

What you will do on a typical day:
- Support stock take activities and ongoing inventory reviews, carrying out stock counts, audits, and investigations to ensure stock accuracy across the operation
- Maintain strong stock control by following agreed procedures, keeping all stock control tasks and files fully up to date while resolving discrepancies, defects, and customer queries promptly
- Support end‑to‑end warehouse activity by ensuring the smooth flow of stock from inbound to outbound, including Goods In, replenishment, picking, and loading activities where required
- Ensure stock is handled, stored, picked, and loaded safely and accurately, meeting required pick rates, compliance standards, and transport documentation requirements
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- A good understanding inventory function within logistics with the ability to work accurately, follow processes, and maintain organised records
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with confidence investigating issues, identifying root causes, and taking appropriate action to resolve discrepancies
- Competent IT skills, including the ability to work with warehouse systems, RF scanners, and spreadsheets, alongside good literacy and numeracy
- A current MHE licence issued by a recognised institution is preferred, along with a strong focus on safe working practices and teamwork
