Context & Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst – Technology with hands-on experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator to support and manage production B2B integrations. The role focuses on ensuring seamless file transfers, resolving integration issues, and maintaining high system availability and performance across business-critical workflows.

Key responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end production support for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway environments
• Monitor and resolve file transfer failures, mapping errors, and connectivity issues across protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, AS2, and HTTP/S
• Troubleshoot business process (BP) failures, service errors, and routing issues using logs, thread dumps, and network traces
• Track and ensure accurate processing of EDI transactions and file exchanges with trading partners
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and migration activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, operations, and business stakeholders) to implement enhancements and changes
• Maintain process documentation, configurations, and operational standards
• Provide rotational / shift support, especially during critical incidents and go-live activities

Experience and Qualification Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
• Proven experience in production support for B2B/EDI integrations
• Experience working in global or onshore–offshore team environments
• Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing domains (preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Strong expertise in Sterling B2B Integrator & File Gateway architecture, including BPML, maps, adapters, and services
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities (logs, trace files, queues, and error handling)
• Solid understanding of file transfer protocols and security concepts (SSL, PGP, SSH keys)
• Working knowledge of basic networking principles
• Basic proficiency in SQL for querying and data validation
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and incident management workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
