Are you looking for a dynamic and hands-on role with real responsibility? As a Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving daily warehouse operations, leading a team, and ensuring a safe, efficient working environment.

We are currently looking for a Coordinator to join our team in Bleiswijk, reporting into the team leader you are their right-hand person, working closely together to ensure the team are working effectively

You will play a key role in driving operational performance, safety and service excellence, whilst creating a positive and engaging environment for your team.

How you’ll make an impact

• Lead, coach and develop team performance
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity and ensure workload accuracy
• Ability to take the lead in absence of team leader
• Build positive working relations within the team and customer
• Support outbound activity, flexing workforce when required
• Promote a safe, positive and compliant work environment
• Participating and identifying Lean initiatives on the shop floor

What you’ll bring to GXO

• Experience in logistics, warehousing or similar industry
• Excellent communication skills, customer focused and ability to adapt communication styles
• Previous leadership experience
• Fluent in English, with Dutch as a preferred
• Basic system knowledge, WMS is not essential, training will be provided
