Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on IT Key User to support daily warehouse operations within a GXO logistics environment. Acting as the primary point of contact for operational system issues on-site, you will ensure that warehouse colleagues can perform their activities efficiently by providing first-level support for IT and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with L2 support teams to ensure timely resolution of problems impacting service delivery and customer operations.

 

Your responsabilities will include: 

  • Serve as the on-site IT Key User and first point of contact for warehouse system and application issues.
  • Daily monitoring of Application performance and reacting based on anomalities
  • Support daily warehouse operations by troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to WMS, RF devices, printers, workstations, and operational applications.
  • Log, monitor, and manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow (SNOW).
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2 support teams and vendors, providing detailed information and business impact assessments.
  • Assist with system testing, validation, and implementation of new processes, enhancements, and customer projects.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, knowledge articles, and user guides.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in an IT Support, Key User, Application Support, Super User, or similar operational support role.
  • Willingness to work in two shifts from Monday to Friday
  • Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain environment.
  • Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse operational processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing incidents and service requests within a ticketing system.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both operational and technical teams.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
