Inventory Lead

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for an Inventory Lead to join our team in Bradford, supporting our customer M&S. As an Inventory Lead you will deliver timely and accurate inventory tasks and to preserve the site stock integrity for your area and team through management and development of people, process and deployment of best practices.
This is a full time, permanent position, working an any 5 from 7 rotating shift pattern of 06:00 till 14:00 and 14:00 till 22:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Support the team manager, the team in a professional, open manner displaying consistency, honesty and integrity at all times
- Work with appropriate parties to provide solutions to team issues taking account policies and ethical practice
- Ensure there are continuous and regular updates into the Team Manager regarding the stock position
- Understand requirements and priorities for your area ensuring there is a sufficient level of technical knowledge within the team
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Take ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload
- Creating good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Warehouse Management Systems knowledge would be advantageous
