To strengthen our team in Bremen, we are looking for an experienced Logistics Control Tower Specialist (m/f/d).
The Logistics Control Tower Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and controlling daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth material flow, on-time processing, and achievement of operational KPIs.

How you’ll make an impact
- Monitor warehouse operations and workflow in real time.
- Coordinate outbound, and internal material movements in alignment with operations and transportation.
- Prioritize workload and allocate resources according to operational needs.
- Track performance indicators such as productivity, backlog, service level, and throughput.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
- Manage exceptions, escalations, and urgent customer requests.
- Prepare operational reports and communicate status updates to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
What you’ll bring to GXO
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations.
- Experience in a control tower, planning, or operations coordination role preferred.
- Experience in coordinating teams is an advantage.
- Technical Skills (Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)) and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication in German (mandatory) and good English skills (is an advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset.
