Inventory Administrator

Here at GXO Daventry, we’re recruiting for Inventory Administrator to join our new and exciting site, working in partnership with our customer, M&S. You will play a key role in ensuring stock accuracy across the site.

 

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on an ’any 5 days out of 7’ pattern, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00.

As an Inventory Administrator, you’ll receive:

What you will do on a typical day:

 

  • Carry out inventory tasks such as stock counting, adjustments, audits, and handling damaged or returned goods to maintain accurate stock records
  • Support warehouse operations (Goods In, Despatch, Pick) by investigating discrepancies, resolving errors and providing general operational support
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports to ensure accurate KPI data and high data integrity across the department
  • Follow health & safety standards while keeping work areas tidy and working efficiently to meet performance targets and customer service expectations
