Data Analyst

Our Zara contract is on the move – literally. As we roll out a cutting-edge automation operation, we’re looking for a certified Data Analyst to help us turn data into decisions and insights into action.

This position is located in Crick, and is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 til 17:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £33,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Dive deep into complex data sets to uncover trends and opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards are reports using Excel and Tableau
• Write SQL queries to extract and validate data
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders across operations, HR, finance, and more
• Support continuous improvement in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Business Objects)
• Experience with statistical tools (SPSS, SAS, or similar)
• Bonus points for Python, R, Snowflake, or clour experience (AWS/Azure)
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work under pressure
