Warehouse Operative Nights

Here at GXO Cullompton, (EX15 3FA) our warehouse is open 24/7, therefore, we’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us working nights on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will be working on a shift pattern of Monday – Friday with the hours of 22:00 – 06:00 working 40 hours per week with paid breaks!

- Annual salary of £30,724.59
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours worked

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Pick, scan, and prepare stock with precision using handheld technology—keeping everything moving quickly and accurately
- Build and check palletised orders, ensuring top-quality goods are ready for dispatch every time
- Maintain high standards with quality checks and careful handling so every delivery reaches customers in perfect condition
- Work as part of a safety-focused team, supporting loading, unloading, and keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and efficient
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous warehouse experience is a bonus, with opportunities to use or gain FLT Counterbalance & Reach skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and high-quality work every time
- Confident using (or willing to learn) mechanical handling equipment safely and effectively
- Reliable, self-motivated team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Full training provided, with opportunities to upskill and develop MHE/FLT skills (with limited MHE duties each shift)
