Warehouse Operative - Nights

Here at GXO logistics, we are looking for permanent, full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our night shift team at Ikea in Dartford.
You will be working 18:00 – 06:00 on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern

What you will do on a typical day:
- Work safely as part of a team, following Health & Safety procedures
- Checking of picked stock and assembled loads prior to dispatch
- Ensuring quality is of the highest standards, and all stock is handled with care so it arrives at our customers in perfect condition
- Loading vehicles ready for customer deliveries
- Operate basic warehouse and mechanical handling equipment safely
- Support warehouse efficiency through general housekeeping duties
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible in approach to work
- Capable of reading instructions and counting accurately
- Physically able to handle stock and use equipment safely
- Previous warehouse experience or forklift licence is desirable but not essential
