Data Analyst F/H

We are looking for a Data Analyst – Power BI to join the Continental Europe IT PMO team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality analytics and dashboards to support IT leadership decision-making across Europe. You will play a key role in standardising reporting, automating performance tracking, and unlocking value from data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards supporting CE IT management: resource utilization, sales pipeline, portfolio performance, operational KPIs, financial and quality indicators.
- Partner with CE IT leaders to define meaningful KPIs aligned with business needs and consistent across countries.
- Transform recurring PowerPoint-based reports into automated, interactive Power BI dashboards embedded in BAU processes.
- Consolidate, clean, and model data from multiple sources (Jira/Tempo, CRM, Finance, HR, PMO tools, internal databases).
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support steering committees, strategic discussions, and real-time decision-making.
- Apply best practices in data modelling, performance optimisation, and user experience design.
- Identify and activate underused datasets to generate new insights and added value.
- Collaborate closely with PMO, Finance, HR, and IT Operations to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and governance.
- Support the CE IT PMO in defining portfolio KPIs, methodology compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Manage requirements, backlog, and enhancements for analytics solutions within the CE IT scope.
- Provide user training, documentation, and guidance to ensure strong adoption and data literacy.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and confidentiality standards.


YOUR PROFILE

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or performance management.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modelling.
- Solid understanding of data visualisation and modelling best practices.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade dashboards for senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.

Nice to Have: 
- Experience working in IT, services, or operational environments.
- Hands-on experience with Jira/Tempo, CRM, or PMO tools.
- Experience in international or matrix organisations.
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Python for analytics.
- Agile or data analytics certifications (e.g. CSM/PSM, Microsoft PL-300).
