Customer Service Clerk Fixed Term

We are currently recruiting for a full-time, fixed-term Customer Service Clerk to join our friendly and supportive team in Doncaster. This role offers 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, providing a great work-life balance alongside the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

What you will do on a typical day:
- Respond to customer queries via email and phone
- Track deliveries and resolve customer issues
- Update customer records and Excel trackers
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Achieve KPI and SLA targets while supporting improvements
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Confident using Excel, Outlook, and MS Office
- WMS experience is beneficial
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
