Systems First Line Manager

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Systems First Line Manager to join our Doncaster team, supporting our customer, B&Q. As a Systems First Line Manager you will lead our stock and systems operation and ensure the consistent delivery of site and customer KPI’s. This role will take full responsibility for managing Stock and Systems Clerks and Team Leaders, maintaining tight control of stock movements, and protecting stock integrity across the site. You will lead by example, drive high standards, and work collaboratively with wider operations to support a smooth and efficient end‑to‑end process.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday 06:00 to 14:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 18:00 and Monday to Thursday 14:00 to 22:00

We’re looking to offer a salary of £33,000 to £36,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead and manage a team of Stock and Systems Clerks and Team Leaders, ensuring site and customer KPI’s are consistently achieved
- Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded and controlled in line with agreed processes and procedures Maintain, review, and improve processes to protect stock integrity, including investigating discrepancies and completing stock adjustments
- Lead by example and drive collaborative working across departments and operations to support overall site performance
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience within a stock and/or systems environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen, influence, and communicate clearly at all levels
- Ability to plan effectively while responding to immediate operational priorities
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety management within an operational setting
