Warehouse Operative

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team, working in partnership with our customer in Doncaster, DN4 5PD.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be a key player in keeping our warehouse running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. If you enjoy a fast‑paced environment and take pride in getting things right, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, 40 hours per week, working any 5 out of 7 days, predominately between Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern, 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Pick and prepare orders accurately using handheld scanning devices
• Load and organise stock onto pallets ready for dispatch
• Check orders carefully to ensure top quality before leaving the warehouse
• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times
• Work as part of a supportive team, following health & safety guidelines to keep everything running smoothly

 What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous warehouse experience, preferably within a supply chain/retail environment would be advantageous
• You’ll be flexible regarding your shift pattern when needed
• You’ll have strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and high‑quality work  
• Customer‑focused mindset, you’ll understanding the importance of excellent service  
• Clear communicator who works well in a team and confidently on their own
