HR Generalist (m/f/d)

How you’ll make an impact
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries, resolving issues effectively
- Collect and verify hours worked for each employee
- Obtain necessary approvals from management for exceptional payments
- Accurately calculate payroll, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Issue payment statements to employees, either electronically or in print
- Maintain accurate records of hourly rates, wages, benefits, and new hire data
- Ensure compliance with all payroll-related tax laws and regulations
- Support payroll and HR-related projects
- Prepare payroll and HR-related reports for senior management
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and care
What you’ll bring to GXO
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the area of HR
- Experience in HR Administration for blue-collar roles
- Solid understanding of labor law and HR compliance

Strong skills in Excel and knowledge of SF, DATEV, and Biopanel is also welcome
- Good work organization, high communication skills, self-reliance and goal orientation
- Fluent level of German and English is mandatory
