Here at GXO, we’re seeking a Finance Manager to join our contracts based in Clonshaugh and Rosemount. You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting and insightful analysis across multiple contracts. You’ll partner closely with operational teams and customers, influencing decision-making and ensuring strong financial control and performance.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position, where you will be working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30.

We’re looking to offer a competitive remuneration in line with qualifications and experience and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).

 

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Producing weekly and monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
  • Delivering KPI reporting and financial insight to both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Managing balance sheet reconciliations, P&L submissions, and financial controls
  • Partnering with operational teams to support planning, forecasting, and performance improvement
  • Leading and developing your Finance Analyst while driving continuous improvement initiatives

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCE) or QBE with relevant industry experience
  • Strong analytical skills with a forensic attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modelling (FP&A)
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within logistics or 3PL
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
