Here at GXO, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Regional CI Manager to join our Dublin 11 and Dublin 17 sites to lead the delivery of the continuous improvement strategy across three key sites in Ireland. Working closely with Site General Manager, customers and CI teams, you’ll drive cost efficiency, operational excellence and cultural change.
This is a full-time, permanent position, where you will be working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead CI strategy across multiple sites, aligning initiatives with business and customer objectives
- Identify, prioritise and deliver high-impact improvement projects focused on cost, productivity and efficiency
- Support and optimise the upcoming WMS implementation, ensuring maximum operational benefit
- Coach and mentor CI coordinators and site teams, delivering Lean training and facilitating workshops
- Drive governance, track performance and report on improvement progress, ensuring benefits are realised
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Strong expertise in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, ideally Black Belt or equivalent
- Proven experience leading CI initiatives within a fast-paced operational environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business
- Commercially minded with the ability to prioritise and align activity to business goals
- Highly organised, detail-focused and resilient, with a proactive and collaborative approach
