Working as a Logistic Sales Analyst at GXO Logistics – HQ Eindhoven

 

What you will do as a Logistic Sales Analyst:

 

Sales & Account Management

  • Develop and own the sales and account management process and support teams by creating standard documentation & templates to ensure GXO's uniformity and quality standards
  • Serve as the regional key user for our CRM system, Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and supporting teams in managing their data effectively.

 

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Design and develop engaging, interactive dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with a clear view of strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
  • Use your creative design skills to translate data into visually compelling and easy-to-understand insights that drive improvement and strategic decisions
  • Developing detailed sales forecasting and present this through visualizations that resonate with different stakeholders.
  • Provide ad hoc analyses and create visualizations to support the sales and account management teams in making data-driven decisions.

 

Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to developing business procedures and best practices to maximize sales performance
  • Propose and implement improvements for the sales/account team to achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with overall business goals.

What makes you the ideal Business Analyst:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Analyst, preferably in a strategic or business development role
  • You are already living in the Netherlands or Belgium
  • Proficiency in English and clear, concise communication is required, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proficiency in data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Proficient in using business intelligence software (Power BI) and CRM software (Salesforce)
