Business Support Manager II

How you'll make an impact
- Lead and manage multiple teams across Inventory Control, Customer Service and WMS Key Users, setting direction and operational priorities while ensuring strong day-to-day performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop organizational capability through succession planning and talent development.
- Own onsite customer relationships and performance, acting as the GXO representative and leading major customer projects, initiatives and escalations.
- Drive operational performance and problem solving by monitoring KPIs, participating in daily error calls, identifying root causes of variances and implementing corrective actions to close performance gaps.
- Lead Lean, Kaizen and automation initiatives to improve productivity, standardization, service quality and cost efficiency.
- Lead system, automation and process transformation initiatives while ensuring effective adoption of digital solutions within operations.
- Drive business and financial performance by analyzing account financial models, identifying cost optimization opportunities and actions to improve margins.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver customer commitments and GXO objectives, ensuring projects, timelines and agreements are effectively executed.
- Contribute to site-wide management and strategic planning as a member of the Site Management Team, supporting annual planning and cross-functional initiatives that enhance overall site performance.
What you'll bring to GXO
- Senior-level professional experience within logistics, with responsibility for operations, business support and/or continuous improvement.
- Proven team leadership experience, with the ability to set priorities, provide clear direction and drive performance.
- Experience managing large-scale projects and process changes, including monitoring milestones, budgets and overall project progress.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Strong priority-setting, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
