In order to expand our Central IT Field Services team focussing on the Infrastructure and Networking in the Northern European region, we are recruiting an IT Project Manager. In this role you coordinate business and IT driven project responsibilities to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions. You will also coordinate multiple aspects of the project including scope, schedule, budget, quality, communication, risk management, and issue management. This role is critical positioning within GXO for short/mid/long-term success.

How you’ll make an impact

 

•           Organise and facilitate meetings needed to accomplish the project objectives

•           Manage projects using the Planview Enterprise One software to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope

•           Handle implementation and delivery of project deliverables and systems

•           Identify, manage, and resolve issues and risks

•           Liaise with internal cross-functional teams such as Finance, Product, Technology, Infrastructure, Legal and Information Security, as well as external vendors and clients

 

What you’ll bring to GXO

 

•           Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area with high-level analytical skills

•           Experience in IT Infrastructure and networking, preferably within a logistics environment

•           Experience in a complex and multidimensional organisation

•           Strong communication skills in Dutch and English. Extra language is a big plus

•           Self-driven, resilient, proactive and results-oriented
