At GXO Logistics, we’re looking for an experienced FLT Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our Kimberly‑Clark team in Northfleet.

 

This is a full‑time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift pattern covering 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Unload and load vehicles, including moving curtains and securing loads with strapping
  • Operate FLT equipment such as Reach Truck or Counterbalance (where trained and authorised)
  • Check the quality and condition of stock and pallets on arrival, during picking, and prior to dispatch
  • Use the RF system to receipt goods, marshal stock, put items away, pick orders, and load vehicles
  • Replenish stock locations to ensure efficient picking
  • Pick orders accurately while following all health and safety procedures
  • Carry out general warehouse duties as required to support the wider team

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Good communication skills, along with good listening skills
  • Self -motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads and work using own initiative
  • Reach Truck or Counterbalance license is preferred
  • Ability to complete manual handling tasks
