Lean Manager
The purpose of the LEAN Manager position is to optimize logistics processes by implementing LEAN methodologies to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs and improve service quality. The person in this position will also develop and maintain systems to record problems and ideas, and monitor their resolution or implementation. In addition, the LEAN Manager will be responsible for spreading the culture of Continuous Improvement within the organization, promoting a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements and involving employees in improvement processes.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO DURING A TYPICAL DAY?
- Designand implementation of a continuous improvement system - creating and implementing a system that meets the organization's Lean Management needs.
- Support in implementing changes - initiating and supporting the implementation of changes based on Lean Management principles.
 - Training and support of leaders and teams - providing training and mentoring in the effective use of Lean methods and tools in daily operations.
 - Analysis and optimization of cross-team processes - examining and improving processes to increase efficiency and improve collaboration between teams.
 - Supporting in identifying and eliminating waste in supply chains and supporting processes 
- Participating in Lean transformation - proactively supporting the organization in the Lean transformation process by applying appropriate tools, supporting teams and building
 their commitment
 - Adhering to policies, rules, procedures and instructions established within the company

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?
- Knowledge of Lean Management methodologies and process improvement tools (e.g. Six Sigma, Just-in-Time, Kanban, SMED).

- Knowledge of the methodology of conducting projects

- Ability to analyze, map and optimize business processes
- Ability to present data 
- Knowledge of change management principles and methods for engaging teams in change processes
- Knowledge of Reflex/WAMAS
- English language skills
