At GXO Logistics, we are looking for an HR Administrator who thrives on supporting both employees and managers while ensuring smooth HR operations on site. This is a role for 40 hours per week at our site in Norway Skien, where you will play a key part in delivering day-to-day HR support and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

How you’ll make an impact
• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees on policies and procedures
• Deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
• Ensure accurate and compliant HR administration and personnel files
• Partner closely with Operations to provide practical HR guidance
• Contribute to a positive work culture, including health & safety and HR initiatives
What you’ll bring to GXO
• Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian
• A Bachelor’s degree in HR or MBO OR previous HR experience
• Knowledge of Norwegian labour law fundamentals
• Experience working with HR systems
• A proactive, accurate, and service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
