Are you passionate about workforce planning, cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational excellence? At GXO Logistics, we’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Senior Workforce Coordinator to join our team and help us optimize the availability and performance of our temporary labor force across multiple sites.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure compliance with SLAs between GXO and temp agencies.
• Lead long-term planning and cross-training initiatives across sites.
• Facilitate the movement of temp labor to meet peak demands.
• Promote cost-efficiency and consistency in onboarding and training.
• Collaborate with site management, HR, and temp agencies to ensure fair pay and high-quality service.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across the business unit.

What You Bring:

• MBO+ or HBO level of thinking and working.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics leadership or project management.
• Strong informal leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills in  English.
• A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
• Strong financial, reporting, and presentation skills.
