Warehouse Team Leader

We're looking for a driven and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our team to deliver for our customer, Restoration Hardware based in Harlow (CM19 5AW). You’ll lead from the front in a fast-paced environment, motivate and develop our team to deliver exceptional customer service, productivity, and quality standards. This is a full time, permanent opportunity with 40 hours contracted per week. Working any 5 days out of 7, with a shift of 12:00 pm to 20:00 pm.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,500 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts!

 

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse operatives, creating a positive, high-performing culture and supporting day-to-day operational success
  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities, allocating tasks effectively and leading from the front to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
  • Drive performance and quality, monitoring KPIs and maintaining the exceptional standards expected by our prestigious client, Restoration Hardware
  • Support operational excellence, using WMS systems, communicating performance updates, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and service levels

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • A natural leader with a passion for developing people, able to motivate, coach, and inspire teams to deliver their best every day
  • Previous warehouse leadership experience with MHE knowledge, or the willingness to complete training and operate equipment as part of a hands-on role.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and confidence using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Proactive, flexible, and committed to excellence, thriving in a fast-paced environment and focused on delivering exceptional standards
