Warehouse Team Leader

Here at GXO, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast-paced, multi-user distribution centre supporting a major global brand at Groupe Seb in the West Hallam site. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high-volume environment where you’ll lead from the front, develop people, and drive performance

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £31,266.55 plus a 7.5% shift allowance and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve daily operational and customer targets
- Monitor performance, delegate tasks effectively and drive productivity across your area
- Support colleagues with training and development to build capability and engagement
- Ensure high standards of health and safety, compliance and safe systems of work
- Act as a key point of contact for performance issues and customer communication
- Track and report performance data, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience within warehousing or logistics is essential
- Experience leading teams or the ambition to step up into a Leader role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions focussed approach with a passion for continuous improvement
- Confidence working with performance data and systems (WMS/SAP)
