GXO is launching a new operation in Kansas City, MO and we are building our team!

We are currently hiring for multiple opportunities across our new warehouse operation. If you're interested in joining our team, we encourage you to apply and tell us more about your experience and the type of opportunity you're looking for.

We’re looking for talented, motivated professionals to be part of the launch and help us build something great from day one.

We anticipate opportunities across Operations, Leadership, EHS, Training, Quality, Logistics, Inventory, Trade Compliance, and Implementation, including:

• Site Operations Manager – Leads the overall warehouse operation and team
• Operations Manager – Manages day-to-day warehouse operations and performance
• Operations Supervisor – Supervises employees and daily warehouse activities
• EHS Supervisor – Leads workplace safety, health, and environmental programs
• Training Manager – Leads employee training and development
• Quality Manager – Oversees quality standards, processes, and compliance
• Implementation Analyst – Supports the launch of new processes, systems, and operations
• Trade Compliance Specialist – Ensures shipments and operations follow import/export regulations
• Logistics Analyst – Analyzes transportation, inventory, and supply chain activities
• Operations Analyst – Uses data to identify opportunities and improve warehouse operations
• Dockmaster – Coordinates dock activities, trailer movement, and the flow of goods
• Warehouse Lead – Provides day-to-day direction and support to warehouse employees
• Inventory Specialist – Maintains inventory accuracy and supports inventory processes
