At GXO Logistics, we're looking for a professional, safety-focused Class 1 Fuel Delivery Driver to join our dedicated fuel distribution team in Kingsbury (B78 2EF), delivering on behalf of our customer Phillips 66. This is a full-time, permanent position, working any 5 days from 7, including a rotating pattern of days, nights, and weekends.

You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week, start times are 05:00, 06:00, 17:00 and 18:00.

 What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Flexible shift working, supporting operational requirements
• Independent, hands‑on role with responsibility for your own vehicle, equipment, and load
• Confident in unassisted loading and deliveries, working safely without supervision
• Safety‑first approach, carrying out loading and fuel discharges in line with ACOP, UKPIA guidance, and site procedures (including multi‑hose operations)
• Ongoing driver support and development, including DCPC & PDP training, driver assessments, and additional paid duties after training

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• LGV C+E driver with valid ADR tanker qualifications (Class 3)
• You are a confident tanker professional, with experience in the UK downstream oil sector, preferred

• A valid Driver Qualification Card and Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 current penalty points or DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
• Valid PDP, preferred
