Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time, permanent 7.5T Delivery Driver, to join our Cormar Carpets team in Sherburn, LS25 6JH.
You’ll be working on a full time, permanent basis 50 hours per week Monday to Friday starting at 06:00. You will be responsible for delivering products to warehouses and stores.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Safely operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle in full compliance with road traffic laws, vehicle regulations, and company procedures
- Deliver products to high street stores and warehouses, ensuring accurate handling, secure transportation, and timely delivery
- This is a physically demanding role, duties including lifting, loading, unloading, and handballing stock
- Provide excellent customer service while collecting and accurately recording product returns
- Complete vehicle safety checks, maintained tachograph records, reported defects, and always ensure vehicle and stock security
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- A full UK driving licence with category 7.5T entitlement
- A valid Driver Qualification Card
- A valid Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 current penalty points
- No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
- Excellent Time management skills and comfortable in working to deadlines, excellent communication and customer service skills are essential
