We’re on the lookout for reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Leeds, working in partnership with our long-standing customer, Costa Coffee.

You’ll be part of a supportive team in a chilled warehouse environment, working across different temperature zones—so every day brings something a little different.

You’ll be working full-time, permanently, on a shift pattern of any 5 days out of 7, with start times between 06:00 and 14:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Ensuring that products are picked accurately, loaded, and unloaded safely onto vehicles
• Responsible for tipping and processing outside suppliers as well as managing backhauls
• Scanning totes and cages, data input using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Communicating with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment

What you need to succeed at GXO:                                                                         

• Previous experience working in a warehouse would be beneficial
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work in a team and independently when required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
