PMO Analyst

The PMO Analyst is an exciting new role within the Finance PMO team at GXO where you will play a pivotal in supporting the delivery of the new Global ERP system. You will assist Programme Manager in the planning, controlling, monitoring, driving and reporting of existing IT Projects & IT Change.
This is a full-time, permanent role, with Monday-Friday working hours. This is a remote based role with travel to both our London & Northampton offices.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Ensure all projects adhere to the standard methodology & Stage Gates
- Ensure project and change budgets are tracked and are kept on target
- Provide Risk & Issue Management support to the Project Managers to ensure mitigation plans are in place
- Track actions and ensure they are followed up and resolved to plan
- Support the Project Team with the creation, maintenance & closure of project plans
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- A proven track record working in a Project Support / PMO environment
- Excellent governance & following R.A.I.D processes
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
- PRINCE2 Foundation (desirable)
