Systems Team Leader

Here at GXO, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Systems Team Leader to join our dynamic and fast-paced team at our Waitrose site in Magna Park, Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of administrators who carry out the clerical functions of the warehouse and operate the computerised elements of the warehouse operational system to ensure the completion of all tasks in line with standards and scheduled requirements.

 

This is a full time, permanent role, working any 5 days from 7, 06:00 – 14:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • You will be responsible for a team of Administrators, ensuring accurate clerical support to the warehouse operation
  • Assisting warehouse/distribution functions by operating warehouse computerized system, being flexible in supporting any changes to operational procedures with minimum amount of time and disruption to the business
  • Prioritising duties to ensure that operational deadlines are met
  • Providing KPI reports and System updates to warehouse management team

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Previous experience working as an Operational Team Leader
  • A strong customer focus
  • The ability to motivate a team, use own initiative and perform well under pressure
  • Be organised and can multi-task
