Job Description:

 

As an Analyst, Contingent Workforce Management Office (CWMO), you will be responsible for managing and analyzing high volumes of contingent workforce data across systems and integrations. This role supports efficient workforce operations by ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, compliance, and timely resolution of requests. You will partner closely with managers, stakeholders, and suppliers while contributing to process improvements that enhance quality, speed, cost efficiency, and compliance.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Workforce Operations & System Management

  • Manage and resolve tickets related to contingent worker (CWR) profiles in SAP Fieldglass, including terminations, extensions, and revisions.
  • Maintain and regularly update CWR profiles to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Capture, review, and resolve integration files related to contingent workforce data.
  • Run and analyze audit reports to identify and address discrepancies or process gaps.

 

Stakeholder Support

  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions to managers and stakeholders via email and system updates.
  • Act as a point of contact for CWMO-related operational queries and transactions.

 

Process Excellence

  • Quality: Support talent quality through effective contingent worker fulfillment and data accuracy.
  • Speed: Drive process efficiencies via standardization, automation, and use of tools.
  • Cost: Support supplier performance optimization and cost-effective workforce management.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to GXO policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

 

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related industry
  • Prior exposure to analytics or data-driven operational role
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP Fieldglass
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written communication skills for stakeholder interaction
