GXO are looking for a HR Product Specialist HR Core with experience in a fast-paced environment across multiple geographies, topics and teams. The ideal candidate will have product management experience including strong project management skills in the domain of HR Core with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central strong knowledge, essential.
The role is “global” by design supporting all the regions (UKI, Europe and AMAPAC) and will work closely with the Product Owner and Process Owners HR Core as well as the People Services teams and in collaboration with HR Technology.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our HR Core solutions (mainly SAP SuccessFactors EC), from requirements gathering, testing to implementation and support.
- Work with the HR Core Process Owners and the People Services teams in the regions (UKI, AMAPAC and Europe) to understand their needs and translate them into functional product features and improvements (continuous improvement, optimization and new opportunities)
- Manage the backlog of requirements in JIRA in collaboration with HR Technology and represent HR in the CAB process
- Work with the Process Owners to identify opportunities for standardizing and optimizing HR Core processes across the regions to improve efficiency and maintain a consistent employee experience
- Ensure HR software supports best practices in HR operations and aligns with industry standards.
- In collaboration with HR Technology, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, providing timely resolution or escalation when necessary.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within HR Core systems
- Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users to ensure proper use of HR products.
What you need to succeed in this role at GXO:
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across different regions and time zones
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams across diverse regions
- Extensive experience in product management with a focus on HR Core, ideally in a global context.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems including strong experience of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience in Agile Project Management
- Experience in cross country, regional and cultural transformation programs
- Able to use and apply key project technologies and planning Tools (e.g Excel, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Project etc)
- Certification (optional but preferred) : SAP HCM and/or project management and/or product management

This is a regional role requiring regular travel when required with a base location in Continental Europe, operating in a hybrid/home-office model with travel across Continental Europe as required.
