Regional Vertical Leader – Technology – Belgium/Netherlands

Reporting to the SVP, Sales – Continental Europe, you’ll be responsible for leading industry stakeholder relationship development, defining the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, driving opportunity development, and ultimately supporting the sales growth of GXO’s Technology vertical across Continental Europe.
Working closely with sales, solutions, and operational teams, you will focus on the activity needed to “land, expand and scale” business growth with both existing clients and new logos.
We are seeking a seasoned technology sector expert with strong market credibility, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a proven track record of building high-value pipelines, shaping GTM strategy, and positioning GXO as a trusted partner within the Technology ecosystem.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- In coordination with the Global Technology vertical team, define the Technology strategy for Continental Europe. Own execution in-region and align Regional Sales teams for success, including resource planning, target setting, and timelines.
- Identify, target, and build influential stakeholder relationships across the Technology ecosystem, including OEMs (hardware, networking, and infrastructure providers), cloud providers, Data centre operators & Consumer and enterprise technology brands
- Represent GXO externally as a credible, trusted thought partner by bringing supply chain innovation, digital transformation insights, and automation-led solutions to the forefront.
- Act as the voice of the customer for Technology, ensuring the right value propositions and solutions feed into GXO’s service offerings and growth roadmap.
- Work cross-functionally to build and articulate value-led propositions, including, solution design inputs, commercial models and pricing strategy, customer business case development
- Coordinate and influence the end-to-end strategic sales cycle, ensuring effective engagement with internal stakeholders (solutions, operations, finance, IT, automation, etc.).
- Partner with account teams to retain, grow, and deepen existing customer relationships through expansion opportunities and innovation-led value creation.
- Support capability growth in the Technology vertical by sharing knowledge, coaching sales teams, and embedding best practices across the region.
- Enable Regional Sales teams to secure new business wins and pipeline growth within the Technology sector.
What you need to succeed in this role at GXO:
- Established network and credibility within the European Technology sector.
- Experience working with global technology firms, electronics manufacturers, or cloud/data infrastructure organisations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of technology supply chains, including, high-value, fast-moving inventory, omnichannel fulfilment, data-driven and automated logistics environments
- Executive presence with strong influencing skills, capable of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder global organisations.
- Deep understanding of customer pain points in the Technology sector, such as, speed-to-market pressures, supply chain resilience, Inventory optimisation and sustainability requirements
- Ability to position GXO as a strategic partner and advisor, using a consultative, solution-led approach.
- Analytical and structured thinker, with experience developing GTM strategies, account plans, and market assessments.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work across countries, functions, and global teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in ambiguous or developing vertical environments.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar commercial platforms.
- Fluency in English required; Dutch and/or French language skills required given regional scope.

This is a regional role requiring regular travel (approximately 50%), with a base location in Belgium or the Netherlands, operating in a hybrid/home-office model with travel across the Benelux region and broader Europe as required.
