CI Manager

Here at GXO, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our GXO team based in Crick supporting our NHS contract. Continuous improvement isn’t just a function - it’s how we drive performance. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the implementation of Lean principles across our sites, influencing at every level of the business. In this role, you’ll take ownership of strategic initiatives that deliver measurable results - enhancing efficiency, reducing cost and embedding a culture of continuous improvement that drives long-term success.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £57,000 and 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of assigned projects
- Will be owner of delivering an overall 2% saving to the customer year on year across site
- Preparing report on a weekly/monthly basis on progress
- Support site leadership team in the understanding and application of Lean principles (Coaching & Mentoring)
- Provide support to colleague development through completion of Lean training programs, such as yellow & green belt projects (Coaching & Mentoring)
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred, Green Belt minimum
- Continuous Improvement qualifications or portfolio of achievements
- Experience of managing cross functional teams
