GXO is currently looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our operation at Grange Park, Northampton.
This is a permanent, full-time position working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, with working hours between 06:00-18:00 or 10:00 and 22:00.

What you will do on a typical day:
- Support the smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout the warehouse
- Take part in a variety of warehouse activities including picking, packing, inbound, outbound, and stock control
- Use warehouse management systems as part of your daily tasks
- Follow all GXO health and safety policies at all times
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- A positive can do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided
- A strong focus on safety, accuracy and attention to detail
