GXO is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our operation at Grange Park, Northampton. (NN4 5EL)

This is an 8‑month Fixed Term Contract with a range of shift patterns available:
4 on / 4 off – 06:00–18:00 or 10:00–22:00
5 of 7 – 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00

What you will do on a typical day:

  • Support the smooth and efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse
  • Complete a range of warehouse tasks including picking, packing, inbound, outbound and stock control
  • Use warehouse management systems as part of your daily duties
  • Follow all GXO health and safety policies at all times

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • A positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
  • A keen focus on safety, accuracy and attention to detail
