Warehouse administrator

We at GXO are currently recruiting a full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Daventry NN6 7EL , ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on site!

 

You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 10.00 – 18.00 (some flexibility will be required during busy times)

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Assisting team leaders with coordinating the daily tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse operation
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email or phone
  • Perform general admin duties including data entry, documentation , and reporting
  • Support warehouse and logistics functions

 

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Competent computer experience of WMS systems and MS Office packages
  • An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work as part of a team and to use own initiative and organise own workload 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
