In this role, you will work closely with Site Managers and key stakeholders to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making for our site. How you’ll make an impact
- Advise site leadership team on financial, controlling, and broader business matters to support effective decision-making.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage and analyze full P&L performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending corrective actions.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional teams, identifying key cost drivers and driving initiatives to improve financial and operational performance.
What you’ll bring to GXO
- University degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance and/or controlling roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
