Warehouse Operative

Here at GXO we’re looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to join our Tesco team based in Peterborough.
It is a permanent, full-time position. You’ll be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, covering the hours between 06:00-18:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Loading and unloading supplier vehicles
- Checking all relevant paperwork and reposting any discrepancies
- Ensuring that delivery coming into the warehouse is put away correctly
- Complying with process and procedure and all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience of operating MHE (FLT, PPT, LLOP) is highly advantageous
- Experience previously working in a warehouse setting
- Good levels of communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to work cohesively and well with others
