Night Shift - Wed-Sat, 6:00 PM-4:30 AM.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Support operational processes to help maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure orders are completed correctly and on time
- Assist in coordinating daily workload and directing employees on task priorities
- Help train and coach team members on proper procedures and best practices
- Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain accurate work documents
- Model and promote a high standard of customer service on the floor
- Follow and reinforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure team compliance
- Safely operate various equipment and tools alongside your team
- Act as a resource and support for warehouse management as needed
- Monitor orders and assist in identifying and resolving problems
- Assist with cataloging and tracking goods and/or supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with the 5S program
- Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners
It'd be great if you also have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime which may include weekends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Background in safety, OSHA or EHS training
This job requires the ability to:
- Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
- Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
