As the Manager, Implementations, you will lead multiple implementation teams and continuous improvement initiatives that support successful customer onboarding, operational excellence, and process optimization across GXO's logistics operations. You will partner cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Engineering, PMO, and customers to deliver implementation projects, drive Lean improvements, and develop high-performing teams while ensuring service levels, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Lead implementation teams and manage customer implementations, ensuring deliverables meet client SLAs, company standards, and operational objectives
- Partner with Operations, IT, Engineering, and PMO teams to identify process gaps, conduct operational reviews, and develop scalable implementation solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using GXO Lean methodologies, including project management, gap analysis, performance measurement, and financial validation of savings
- Manage escalations, customer communications, and executive presentations while ensuring successful resolution of operational issues and implementation challenges
- Recruit, develop, coach, and lead high-performing implementation teams through hiring, onboarding, performance management, mentoring, and talent development
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 7-10 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, implementation, or supply chain operations
- Experience leading cross-functional implementation or continuous improvement projects in a customer-focused environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, operational process improvement, project management, and gap analysis
- Experience managing teams, conducting performance evaluations, coaching employees, and building high-performing organizations
- Strong communication, presentation, customer relationship, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills with experience working across Operations, IT, Engineering, and PMO teams
It'd be great if you also have:
- Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- Lean Certification (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent)
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics technology, and customer-facing implementation projects
