To support our growing presence in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Coordinator to join the new site in Hazeldonk, near Breda!
What you do on a typical day
- Monitor, oversee, and coordinate daily team operations to ensure high levels of quality, efficiency, and performance.
- Provide ongoing support to team members to facilitate effective and efficient execution of their responsibilities.
- Act as the key link between Team Leaders and the wider team, ensuring clear and effective two-way communication.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and maintain quality standards.
- Review, update, and implement Standard Working Instructions (SWIs) to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
- Track, investigate, and resolve shipment-related issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all daily orders are processed and dispatched on schedule.
- Develop and maintain tools and applications that improve process efficiency, organization, and operational visibility.
- Communicate closely with the TMS team regarding orders requiring special attention, ESD changes, and other operational updates.
What you need to succeed
- Completed MBO or HBO degree.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar leadership role within a logistics or production environment.
- Knowledge of WMS and/or SAP systems, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Fluent English language skills; Dutch language skills would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and coaching abilities, with the capability to effectively transfer knowledge.
- Willingness to work shifts.
