Warehouse First Line Manager (Nights) | Rugby | Haier

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our team in Rugby, supporting our customer Haier. You will provide first level support to the operations and senior shift managers in managing the team as they carry out their daily task by maintaining a consistent presence within the operation.

 

This is a full time, permanent position, working an any 5 from 7 shift pattern of 22:00 till 06:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £41,491.00 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance), and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Respond constructively to internal and external customer requests while developing and maintaining effective and timely communication
  • Responsible for daily supervision of Warehouse Operatives, Agency Staff and warehouse resources in line with operational responsibility to run according to set targets & KPI’s, deadlines and customer requirements
  • Manage and support all people processes including performance management, time and attendance and conduct
  • Responsible for personal Health & Safety ensuring the work area within which they and their teamwork is safe, and work is carried in line with H&S standards

  • Previous experience in a similar role and environment would be advantageous
